The webinar on Monday, May 22 will focus on Attorney-Client Privilege. The lecture will focus on the history and overview of attorney-client privilege, which allows the litigants to refuse production of documents and information that are otherwise discoverable under the U.S. specific laws of Discovery. The lecture will also focus on important points to keep in mind during ordinary business and consequences of wrong-doing.
