Litigation partner Meredith Auten will participate on the panel Succession Planning at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s 2024 Bench-Bar & Annual Conference. She will be joined by lawyers from Howland Hess Birnbaum, Marshall Dennehey, Withum, the Law Office of Kristine L. Calalang, and the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. The panel will meet on September 20, 2024 from 3:00–4:30 pm ET and will discuss how practices may be affected by the recent proposal of the PA Disciplinary Board to amend the Rules of Professional Conduct, and why a plan is necessary and what it should entail.
