Partner Meredith Auten and John Pease will participate in a panel discussion on a False Claims Act (FCA) update from the perspectives of the US Attorney’s Office, defense counsel, and relator’s counsel. They will be joined by Eastern District of Pennsylvania assistant US attorney Deborah Frey and relator counsel Marc S. Raspanti. They will provide an overview of the latest developments in enforcement, jurisprudence, and future predictions.
