Partner Kelly Gibson will participate on the panel Emerging SEC Issues in Regulatory Oversight of Private Funds during Practicing Law Institute’s Hedge Fund and Private Equity Enforcement and Regulatory Developments 2024 conference. The panel will address evolving issues in regulatory reporting, disclosure, and registration obligations for private funds.
The program aims to reflect the current regulatory developments encountered by lawyers working with hedge and private equity funds and help attendees prepare strategies for navigating the enhanced risk of government investigations and leverage the insights from lessons learned by those on the front line of compliance.
