Litigation partner Meredith Auten will co-instruct the panel The False Claims Act and Dealing with Whistleblowers at Seton Hall Law School’s US Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program (HCCP). Meredith’s panel will occur on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 9:00–10:15 am ET.
The four-day programming examines topics on statutes, regulations, and other pressing compliance issues relevant to “fraud and abuse law” as part of the HCCP curriculum. The US HCCP immersion provides insights into healthcare-related laws and a robust educational and relationship-building experience with regulatory officers and medical affiliated professionals.
