Partners Crystal Carey and Michael Kenneally will lead the session Labor Law in 2025: New Playbook, New Challenges, New Strategies at the ACC’s 2025 Annual Meeting. This session takes place on Monday, October 20, 2025 from 5:00–6:00 pm ET.

Labor has a new playbook in 2025. A firm grasp on the National Labor Relations Board litigation and enforcement environment and unions’ organizing tactics will be key to employers’ ability to effectively manage their workforces. This panel will examine the evolution of “alternative” union-organizing tactics in the current environment, including such topics as employee activism, salting, charge activity, corporate campaigns, and pursuit of employee-friendly state laws.
