2025 PACDL White Collar Practice Seminar

Partner Jaclyn Whittaker will be speaking at the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ (PACDL’s) 2025 White Collar Practice Seminar on the panel titled Proactive Defense: Crafting the Path to Declination or Diversion in White Collar Matters. The PACDL is open to both experienced white collar litigators and those looking to expand their practice.

The discussion will explore how favorable outcomes in white collar cases are often secured outside the courtroom through tools like non-prosecution agreements (NPAs), deferred prosecution agreements (DPAs), declinations, and diversion programs. Panelists will cover strategies for both corporate and individual clients, examine recent shifts in federal and state enforcement, and offer practical insights on engaging with the US Department of Justice, Pennsylvania Attorney General, and local prosecutors.
