International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan’s 71st Employee Benefits Conference

Partners Craig Bitman and Dan Salemi will be panelists at the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan’s 71st Employee Benefits Conference. Craig will lead the Best Practices in Trustee Processes and Oversight session covering evolving fiduciary responsibilities, disclosures, conflicts of interest and parties of interest, areas vulnerable to breaches in fiduciary responsibility, and oversight of professionals, investments, and fees. Dan will be a co-panelist on the Benefit Plan Mergers session, in which lawyers will discuss their role at every phase of the plan merger process, including finding merger partners, due diligence, plan documentation, and plan communication.
