eData partner Scott Milner is a co-chair and will speak at the 22nd Annual Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute. Scott’s panel, Judge’s Tank: Rethinking the Rules, is modeled on the “Shark Tank”® television program and will involve various pitches of bold ideas to tackle challenges in the discovery that both a panel of judges and audience members will vote for to decide a winner. Scott’s panel will be on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 2:00–3:30 pm ET.
