Internal Investigations in Labor Law – Conducting an Effective, Fair, and Legally Secure Investigation

This session will focus on sharing best practices for internal investigations, including the receipt of reports, the establishment of the investigation team, the preparation and conduct of interviews, the use of external advisors, the involvement of employee representatives, and the drafting of investigation reports and findings.

The participation of an occupational psychologist will provide an opportunity to explore this methodology from both a human and organizational perspective.
