This session will address the concepts of harassment from a labor and criminal law perspective, as well as recent developments in case law, particularly with regard to workplace harassment and institutional harassment.

The key principles of the legal and jurisprudential framework, the reflexes to adopt upon receiving a report, and the essential points to watch out for in order to avoid the most common pitfalls will be presented.

This first session will provide with the essential guidelines you need to act responsively, judiciously, and with complete legal certainty.
