With mandates to increase procurement of commercial products and services and ongoing efforts to meet evolving government needs, technology companies from startups to established players are seeing expanded opportunities to sell to and collaborate with the US government.
This program will discuss US government contracting developments for technology companies, including cybersecurity requirements (including Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification), artificial intelligence use by contractors and the government, sales and development of dual-use technologies, allocation of IP rights, and supply chain issues.
