Please join Morgan Lewis and Habitat for Humanity for a panel discussion on Habitat’s MicroBuild Fund, the world’s first housing-focused microfinance investment vehicle dedicated to helping low-income families.
Habitat CEO Jonathan Reckford and executive director of Habitat’s Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter Roland Pearson will share how MicroBuild was created, and how it provides capital and technical assistance to financial institutions to develop affordable housing loan products for low-income families.
To date, MicroBuild has disbursed a cumulative total of $230 million across 62 institutions in 33 countries in new and renewed loans.
