16th Annual NABE Transfer Pricing Symposium

Tax partners Drew Cummings, Tom Linguanti, and principal economist Josh Nixt are participating in the 16th Annual NABE Transfer Pricing Symposium. The event brings together leading professionals from business, government, and consulting firms to discuss and debate the most relevant economics issues shaping transfer pricing today.

Drew’s panel, Tariffs, will take place on July 28 at 1:15 pm. Josh will participate in a debate on July 29 at 2:20 pm on the topics “Should valuation practitioners employ a country risk premium when valuing U.S.-based business enterprises?” and “Should economists incorporate exposure to periodic adjustments in valuation analyses for controlled IP transfers?” Tom’s panel, Practical and Theoretical TP Issues Related to Stock Option Compensation, will take place later that day at 3:50 pm.
