ABA Business Law Fall Meeting 2026

Morgan Lewis lawyers will present during the American Bar Association’s Business Law Fall Meeting, taking place September 2–4, 2026 in Chicago. The two-day program will welcome legal professionals from around the world to participate in more than 50 CLE programs covering emerging trends in business law.

Partner Luciana Griebel will chair the International M&A Subcommittee session on Wednesday, September 2, from 2:00–3:00 pm CT. The session will delve into the regulatory challenges, evolving case law, and emerging trends shaping corporate transactions.

Luciana is the vice-chair of the International M&A Subcommittee, which provides a forum for US and global lawyers working on cross-border M&A transactions to discuss issues of common interest, including legal developments, best practices for conducting international acquisition transactions, and country-specific issues.
