Tokenized Finance Landscape

Partner Hubert de Vauplane will participate at the Tokenized Finance Landscape event, organized by the French Banking Federation in Paris.

Hubert will moderate the roundtable discussion on crypto-assets and the revision of the MiCA regulation, which will bring together representatives from the French Financial Markets Authority, Morpho, BNP Paribas, and Société Générale. Speakers will examine developments in the European regulatory framework, as well as the key issues arising from the review of the Markets in Crypto-assets Regulation.

The program will also cover the use of distributed ledger technologies in financial markets, and one presentation will focus on stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and the private law of digital money.
