Associate Emily Rickard will be speaking at The ESOP Association’s Employee Owned 2026 Conference.

Emily will be speaking on the Pain Points of an ESOP Transaction, which will discuss the common pain points of an ESOP transaction, implementing the strategies used to address transaction issues as they arise during negotiations, and recognizing the potential pitfalls before or as they arise in ESOPs or potential ESOP companies. Emily’s presentation will take place on November 2, from 1:40–2:40 pm PT.
