Nicole Mayer-Whipple

Nicole oversees a broad portfolio of programs focused on legal compliance and core workplace effectiveness skills, working closely with lawyers, clients, and experienced trainers to design practical, engaging, and tailored learning experiences. Her role spans live and virtual training programs, customized course development, and end-to-end digital learning development, with responsibility for program design, coordination, quality oversight, and execution from concept through completion.

With more than a decade of experience at the firm, Nicole brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong operational foundation to the Workplace Training practice. She is known for her collaborative approach, operational rigor, and ability to manage complex training engagements at scale while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with client needs and evolving legal requirements.

Nicole previously served on the board of the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, where she also co-chaired the Volunteer Committee.
