On July 15, finance partners Tom Mellor, Ian Wenniger, Jon English, and Kate Weinstein presented to more than 1,000 virtual participants as part of LSTA’s Summer Series. The 90-minute CLE presentation, Comparison of Investment Grade and Leveraged Loan Documentation, provided a deep dive into the differences between investment grade and leveraged loan documentation. Participants walked away from the session with the ability to analyze, structure, and negotiate documentation for both investment grade and leveraged transactions.
