ABA M&A Committee Meeting 2026

Partner Luciana Griebel will be chairing the International M&A Subcommittee session at the American Bar Association’s M&A Committee Meeting taking place  January 29-31 in Laguna Beach, California. The event will delve into the regulatory challenges, evolving case law, and emerging trends shaping corporate transactions. 

Luciana is the Vice-Chair of the International M&A Subcommittee, which provides a forum for US and global lawyers who work on cross-border M&A transactions to discuss issues of common interest, including legal developments, best practices for conducting international acquisition transactions, and country-specific issues.
