The proposed rescission of the EPA’s Endangerment Finding and related policy changes are minimizing the federal government’s role in greenhouse gas regulation in the United States. At the same time, many states are ramping up their regulatory efforts in the climate space.
This session will examine the legal and policy stakes of this pivotal shift, how states and regional bodies are poised to respond, and the increasing influence of climate-related tort litigation. Our panelists will offer practical insight into the risks, compliance challenges, and strategic considerations that companies should be preparing for in a rapidly evolving oversight landscape.
