NEW YORK, December 22, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented healthcare services-focused private investment firm Varsity Healthcare Partners (VHP) in its investment in Colonial Family Practice, one of the largest providers of primary care and ancillary patient diagnostic services in South Carolina, through a recapitalizing transaction in partnership with Colonial’s shareholder physicians.
