PHILADELPHIA, June 8, 2018: Morgan Lewis recently represented RueLaLa, a leading flash-sale, ecommerce fashion retailer, in its acquisition of Gilt, another leading flash-sale ecommerce company.
The deal was announced on June 4 and is expected to close in early July. Both brands will continue to operate independently, retaining their identities and serving distinct customer segments.
