PHILADELPHIA, December 5, 2018: Morgan Lewis recently represented Tabula Rasa HealthCare, a provider of patient-specific, data-driven technology and solutions that optimize medication regimens, in the acquisition of Australian-based developer of precision dosing software DoseMe. The transaction was announced on December 3 and is expected to close in January 2019.
