WASHINGTON, DC & LOS ANGELES, June 29, 2020: Morgan Lewis partners Chai Feldblum, Barbara Fitzgerald, Carrie Gonell, and Michael Puma have been elected as fellows of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. The college is a fellowship of accomplished members of the labor and employment law community. It serves as a resource of knowledge, skills, experience, and history for the bar, academia, government, and the community at large. The new fellows join 24 Morgan Lewis colleagues who are already inducted into the college.
As a director of Workplace Culture Consulting at Morgan Lewis, Chai helps employers implement preventive strategies to eliminate harassment and enhance workplace productivity. Barbara’s practice emphasizes litigation, primarily the defense of claims for wrongful termination, workplace harassment and retaliation, employment discrimination, and individual and class wage and hour claims. Carrie focuses her practice on complex employment litigation and counseling, regularly representing employers in the financial services, retail, and technology industries. Michael counsels clients on complex labor and employment litigation, particularly wage and hour class and collective actions, and noncompete and trade secrets litigation throughout the United States.
