Morgan Lewis partner Theresa Kradjian was interviewed by Structured Finance as part of their Women in Securitization (WiS) Week. The WiS initiative promotes women by delivering content and connecting them to peers, mentors, and sponsors. In the interview Theresa discusses her experience as a woman in law and offers the following as advice, “My advice to women considering a career in the structured finance industry is: rely on your instinct, find a place where you like the people, establish genuine relationships based on trust and collaborate.”
