LONDON, November 11, 2020: Morgan Lewis advised Seedcamp, a European pre-seed and seed stage venture capital firm, on the 80 million British pound (approximately $103 million) first and final close of its fifth fund. Backed by more than 100 institutional investors, Seedcamp V is the largest fund Seedcamp has closed to date.
