Morgan Lewis Partner Jeffrey Boujoukos Appointed to SEC Historical Society’s Board of Trustees

PHILADELPHIA, February 4, 2021: Partner G. Jeffrey Boujoukos has been appointed to the US Securities and Exchange Commission Historical Society’s board of trustees. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to preserving and advancing the knowledge of the history of financial regulation through its virtual museum and archive. Jeff will also serve as chair of the Historical Society’s Museum Committee.

Jeff is the leader of Morgan Lewis’s securities enforcement practice and the former director of the Philadelphia Regional Office of the SEC. He defends public companies, financial services clients, and their executives in SEC, self-regulatory organization, and state enforcement matters. Combining his government and private-practice experience, Jeff advises clients in collaboration with Morgan Lewis’s securities, white collar defense, and investment management practices.

Morgan Lewis collaborates annually with the SEC Historical Society on programming, including this past year’s SEC Regional Directors Roundtable, which featured current and former SEC regional directors who shared their insights on how the SEC was confronting the pandemic, unique matters for regional offices, and securities enforcement issues.

Jeff takes the place of Morgan Lewis partner Timothy Burke, who served as a trustee on the board since 2014.
