Morgan Lewis Advises Dimanche on HanesBrands Retail Acquisition

LONDON, March 9, 2022: Morgan Lewis advised Dimanche LLC, an affiliate of private equity firm Regent LP, on the acquisition of the European innerwear business of HanesBrands Inc. (NYSE:HBI), including a leading French brand, Dim.

Regent focuses on corporate carve-outs and business turnarounds and has particular experience in the retail sector. Morgan Lewis previously advised Regent on its acquisition of Club Monaco from Ralph Lauren in 2021.
