A Morgan Lewis team representing Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. earned a shout out from The AmLaw Litigation Daily after it secured an emergency injunction enforcing a non-compete clause in the company’s federal government contract teaming agreement with a subcontractor related to the replacement design for the US Army’s M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle.
