Proposal Would Restrict Electronic Monitoring Nationwide, HR Magazine

Partner Harry Johnson, III is quoted in an HR Magazine article about a proposal by National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) general counsel Jennifer Abruzzo that would limit the ability of employers to electronically monitor their employees. Harry—a former member of the NLRB—spoke about what the proposal, if approved, means for employers.

"Importantly for employers—for those that decide to comply with this proposed standard rather than litigate it—this requires drafting of the internal justifications for their practices and that those practices are narrowly tailored to serve lawful operational reasons, all before a charge is filed," Harry said.
