They desire customized digital platforms with intuitive interfaces that allow them to better understand work product. To satisfy this need, law firms will have to continue to invest in operating models to rapidly build platforms with good UI/UX and teams of specialized talent that can translate attorney requirements into tools which reduce friction and provide a better client experience,” said chief knowledge management & practice services officer Colleen Nihill, sharing her insight into how the business of law might look this year.
