CHICAGO, PHILADELPHIA, and WASHINGTON, DC, October 2, 2023: Three Morgan Lewis partners have been recognized by Law360 as 2023 MVPs in their respective practices. The competitive annual award honors lawyers who have set themselves apart from peers by “securing hard-earned successes in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.”
The following Morgan Lewis lawyers were named Law360 2023 MVPs:
- Jeremy Blumenfeld, Benefits: Jeremy was recognized for his long history of serving as benefits litigation counsel, including securing a precedent-setting appellate win for Oshkosh in a closely watched 401(k) excessive fee case.
- Beth Herrington, Cybersecurity & Privacy: Beth was recognized for her work defending against high-profile, high-exposure privacy class actions, including those under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
- Philip Miscimarra, Employment: Phil was recognized for his deep background in labor-management relations matters, including negotiating the first labor contract between the United States Football League and the United Steelworkers.
