LONDON, SAN FRANCISCO, February 1, 2024: Morgan Lewis advised Pantheon on the launch of Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund IV and associated vehicles (PGIF IV), its largest-ever fundraise with commitments totaling $5.3 billion. This follows the fundraise of $3.25 billion for Pantheon Global Secondaries Fund VII and associated vehicles (PGSF VII) in November 2023, on which the firm also advised. It was recognised by Secondaries Investor as one of the top secondaries deals of 2023 and top five fundraises of 2023.
Pantheon, a global private markets investor, has invested approximately $7.6 billion in the infrastructure secondaries space since 2010.
