The Am law Litigation Daily named a Morgan Lewis team among its runners-up for Litigators of the Week after the lawyers secured a defense verdict for Urban Outfitter. In the case, fashion rental subscription company Le Tote Inc. claimed their client had stolen trade secrets and breached a nondisclosure agreement when forming its own similar business. After a 10-day trial in Philadelphia federal court, jurors found that Urban Outfitters hadn’t misappropriated any Le Tote trade secrets, nor had it breached the parties’ NDA.
