PHILADELPHIA, August 12, 2025: Morgan Lewis partner Julie Goldemberg has been named to Bloomberg Law’s 2025 edition of They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40, which honors the accomplishments of young lawyers across the country.
The leader of Morgan Lewis’s Federal Circuit practice, Julie is a trial and appellate lawyer focusing on patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property disputes. Building on her background in electrical engineering, Julie litigates traditional patent infringement cases, Hatch-Waxman cases, and trade secret misappropriation cases at all stages in US federal district courts, state courts, the US International Trade Commission, and arbitration proceedings.
She has taken more than a dozen cases to trial and has been involved in more than 60 Federal Circuit appeals, frequently arguing at the court while representing clients in high-stakes matters. Julie has been involved in some of the most high-profile cases involving 35 USC Section 101, written description, and enablement before the Federal Circuit and the US Supreme Court. Before joining the firm, Julie served as a clerk to Chief Judge Sharon Prost of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
