Morgan Lewis Advises Major Energy Company on Secured Term Loan

DALLAS and HOUSTON, September 25, 2025: Morgan Lewis advised Shell Trading (US) Company on entering into a senior secured term loan facility with Kosmos Energy Gulf of Mexico Operations, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kosmos Energy. The term facility provides up to $250 million to be used for the repayment of Kosmos’s outstanding unsecured notes.
