Morgan Lewis Represents Boston Legacy FC in $100 Million Stadium Financing

BOSTON, September 16, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented National Women’s Soccer League’s Boston Legacy FC and its affiliates in connection with their securing of $100 million in financing to fund the development and construction of the White Stadium project.

The financing will support the redevelopment of seating areas and adjacent facilities at White Stadium, with the next phase of construction set to begin in November 2025. It will also fund additional site improvements to benefit Boston Public Schools student-athletes and the public.

Partners Andrew White, Allison Gargano, and Jon Bernstein led the Morgan Lewis team, along with partners Matthew Furlong, Dan Nelson, Meghan McCarthy, and Patrick Rehfield and associates Sean Bligh, Jessica Andrade, Victoria Aronson, Chris Miller, and Sam Mack.
