Morgan Lewis Advises Kemira on its $150M Acquisition of Water Engineering
October 27, 2025BOSTON, October 27, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented Kemira, a global provider of sustainable chemical solutions for water-intensive industries, in its acquisition of Water Engineering Inc., a company specializing in water treatment services, from Nolan Capital Inc. The purchase price was approximately $150 million.
Morgan Lewis partner Carl Valenstein and associate Alexandre Martin advised Kemira along with associates Christopher Lloyd, Grace Alburger, and Gordon Wilford.
