Andrew brings deep experience in the legal and regulatory aspects of Commodity Futures Trading Commission–related (CFTC) matters and in advising commodity trading firms, family offices, public companies, investment advisers, and investment funds on complex derivatives transactions and related trade agreements.

Andrew has also advised a wide range of crypto-focused companies on digital assets matters, including launching and investing in crypto derivatives as well as tokenizing commodities, such as gold.

“Andrew’s addition further strengthens the depth and diversity of experience that is a hallmark of our investment management practice,” said Firm Chair Jami McKeon. “His work across derivatives, digital assets, and evolving commodity market structures underscores the breadth of our platform, and our ability to support clients navigating increasingly complex and interconnected markets.”

“Andrew brings a distinctive mix of experience advising on CFTC-related derivatives matters and working in the digital asset space, which is particularly relevant as regulators continue to focus on market structure and oversight,” said Timothy Levin, leader of the firm’s investment management practice. “His familiarity with the digital assets market will be an important resource for clients who are looking to tokenize assets or use blockchain technologies to streamline transactions and create new investment products and structures. Andrew is a great addition to our multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional team focused on serving this rapidly evolving market.”
