The transaction closed on February 27, 2026.
Headquartered in Munich, G+D is focused on building trust in the digital age with security technology across three segments: digital security, financial platforms, and currency technology. Based in Miami, Florida and certified to handle highly sensitive US government data, XTec provides federal-grade identity and access management solutions and serves federal agencies and regulated commercial enterprises.
