Chief AI and knowledge officer Colleen Nihill was quoted by Law.com in an article recapping the most insightful remarks from speakers and attendees at Legalweek 2026.

“We’re being asked to have regular meetings with our top clients, talking about … not just the fact that we purchased [AI] tools, not the fact that our lawyers are using them, but how. … What we’ve seen is the clients have asked us, ‘Show us your educational programs, … we would like to be in the room to participate and co-develop with you,’” Colleen said.
