The Digital Euro vs. Stablecoins, the Debate, BFM Business, BFM Crypto, le Club

In an episode of BFM Crypto, le Club, partner Hubert de Vauplane joined leaders from Société Générale-FORGE and Banque de France to discuss the need for and uses of the digital euro, compared to the US dollar-denominated stablecoin.

Hubert provided an overview of fiscal sovereignty, including the production and distribution of money, and discussed the risks that result from the lack of a uniform payment infrastructure in Europe.
