Morgan Lewis Hires European M&A Lead From Covington, The Lawyer

The Lawyer spoke with partner Christina Melendi about the firm’s continued investment in its European mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capabilities, highlighted by the upcoming arrival of Phil Cheveley as European M&A practice lead.

Christina emphasized the strategic importance of the hire, noting, “We want to grow our M&A and PE practices in London due to the strong practices we have in Europe and in the US. Having someone in London to drive that growth is very important to us. Phil will lead that effort to drive connectivity across those practices.”
