Morgan Lewis Advises Cuprum Metals on Series A Funding

BOSTON, June 17, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Cuprum Metals Inc., a Delaware-based technology company, on the close of a $19.4 million Series A funding.

Cuprum was founded in 2024 by a team with experience in chemistry and chemical engineering. The company’s approach to mineral processing is based on reactions and practices used in industrial chemical production, rather than traditional mining or metallurgy methods. Its technology consists of a set of chemical processes that can be adjusted for use with different ores and tailings.

Morgan Lewis partner Joshua French and associate Francesca Considine advised Cuprum, along with partner Katelyn Hilferty.
