College Sports Overhaul Still Uncertain Despite Senate Lift, Law360

Dana highlighted how athlete employment and collective bargaining could become increasingly central to the college sports debate if the legislation does not advance, as stakeholders continue to seek greater stability in the industry.
“A growing number of stakeholders view collective bargaining as the most durable path to stability,” Dana said. “But that opens a whole new set of questions for college sports. Who bargains with whom, and over what?”
