Harry and Larry detail how employee resource groups (ERGs) have several professional and personal benefits but can also pose unique challenges stemming from the National Labor Relations Act or whether the company is unionized or not, the article notes.
“By taking several proactive steps, employers can maximize the tremendous potential benefits of ERGs and limit legal risks,” they wrote.
