UK Patents Court Rules on RAND Licensing Jurisdiction, The Licensing Journal

Partners Tim Powell and Hiroshi Sheraton co-authored an article in The Licensing Journal examining a recent UK Patents Court decision on jurisdiction in disputes involving reasonable and nondiscriminatory (RAND) licensing of standard essential patents .
