2026 EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum

Partners Leonidas Theodosiou and Jackie Mulryne will be speaking at the upcoming EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum, a premier annual conference in Brussels for legal experts, in-house counsel, and regulators in the life sciences industry focusing on key EU legal developments in pharma, including competition, patents, intellectual property, regulatory frameworks, market access, data privacy, and compliance.

Leo’s panel, Pricing Developments, Regulatory and Antitrust Pricing Considerations in Response to Trump 2.0, will take place on Tuesday, May 19, at 3:00 pm. The discussion will cover general implications for product launch, pricing, and trade as well as cross-market impacts of most-favoured nation (MFN) and pricing strategy levers.

Jackie will speak on a panel, Important New Obligations for MA Holders in the General Pharmaceutical Legislation, on Wednesday, May 20 at 11:55 am. The speakers will discuss topics including obligations related to access, launch and supply, imposed label changes, repurposing and implications, and paediatric medicines development.
