National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Legal Overview and Update

In this Automotive Hour, Morgan Lewis’s automotive safety product regulatory team will provide a one-hour overview of NHTSA’s basic safety mechanisms and an update on recent Agency enforcement and rulemaking activities.

CLE credit in CA, FL, IL, NY*, OH, PA, TN, TX, WA, and VA is currently pending approval. Credit in CT and NJ is pending approval (via reciprocity). CLE credit is not available for the viewing of recorded sessions.
